The Central German Nutrition Summit is the most important industry event for the food industry in Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. This is where decision-makers from business, science and politics meet to network and discuss key future topics such as digitalisation, sustainability, securing skilled workers and innovations.
Organised by the food networks of the three federal states, the summit offers a strong platform for exchange, new ideas and practical insights. A highlight is the Young Talent Forum, where outstanding theses are awarded. This creates space for networking, inspiration and concrete solutions for the future of the industry.
