The fourth edition of the regional conference will take the Joint Transfer Center (JTC) to the Saale district. The aim of the event is to present selected research and transfer projects of the JTC and to get to know and network stakeholders from the region in a targeted manner.

The focus of the conference is on direct exchange with the region: Where can research solve concrete problems? What ideas do partners need for implementation? And which questions have perhaps not yet been asked together? The JTC focuses on making transformation and structural change tangible on the ground. This involves the future of companies and jobs, the sustainable use of energy and raw materials, as well as the design of liveable cities and communities and the strengthening of social cohesion.
